Since we sell food items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Customers must provide accurate shipping details, including name, address, and apartment numbers, to ensure proper delivery. CbyC New York is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses, nor for deliveries made to unoccupied addresses left outside at the driver’s discretion.
Once products leave our facility, we are not liable for any damage. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical errors, strikes, natural disasters, or any other acts beyond our control.
