Shipping policy

We take great care to package each shipment properly to ensure the highest quality upon delivery.

We ship via Priority Overnight or 2-Day Shipping (available only within 2-day transit areas) to the continental U.S. Shipping rates are based on weight and size, as calculated by FedEx.

Please note that orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Tuesday and Wednesday.

Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday:
Orders placed before Wednesday 12 PM EST will be shipped on Wednesday; otherwise, they will be shipped the following week.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime through the link provided or at FedEx.com.

All orders must include a correct street address and phone number. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or locations outside the U.S. Once your order is packed and ready for pickup from our facility, we are unable to make any changes to the address.
