Yeah, these aren't messing around. 10/10

I DRIVE FROM NEW JERSEY TO GET THESE!!

Incredible. I am a pastry snob and a half. These are amazing. From the first bite to the last delectable morsel, perfection. The outside is the perfect combination of crisp and pillowy soft. This is almost impossible to accomplish. The inside, they did not skimp at all on the cream. Copious with the perfect amount of fluffiness and sweetness. Not overbearingly sweet.

In 2025, I'd say pricing is also a bargain compared to other elite echelon pastry places. I wanted to post pictures but I ate them all. An empty box helps no one.

Pro tip: order more than you think.

The cream puffs were delightful! The skin was nice and thick and the cream was rich. They were delicious even after they came out of the freezer!
